Life Focus, Inc. was originally established in 1983, based on, “Committed to Building Strong Relationships,” but has expanded to help couples, as well as individuals, to live “Above and Beyond . . .”

This Website is committed to providing tools to facilitate an enhanced “Life Focus” for you.  Contents included in this site are a work in progress of our own evolution—from a rigid mental health model to a formative perspective of personal empowerment.  Heightened levels of inspiration, motivation, and enthusiasm are the side effects of this empowerment.

The goal in every area of this site is to move beyond the low energy of conventional mental health, which only attracts more low energy.  “Energy flows where thought goes.”  Personal empowerment assets emerge from the following affirmation: “The foundation of all excellence is positive thought.”  Positive thoughts are the antecedent of the “fruit of the Spirit” in one’s life.  In the New Thought field, multiple references are made to the debilitating effect of “thinking errors,” so correct thinking is positively correlated with increased quality of life and higher energy vibration. 

Each area in this site will enable you, the creator of your life focus, to evolve into the person who finds clarity, a more positive thought process and, with every visit, a transformational experience.
